Tony Baltimore



Tony Baltimore is a life long resident of Lansing, MI. Tony has worked for the State of Michigan and is currently employed by the United States House of Representatives.  Since 2001 he has been Director of External Affairs for Congressman Mike Rogers (MI-8). Tony serves on several boards throughout the Lansing Community including Community Care Board of Directors (Sparrow Hospital), Cristo Rey Community Center Board of Directors, Arts Council of Greater Lansing Board of Directors, Chief Okemos Council Boy Scouts of America Board of Directors, Greater Lansing Rev. Dr. Martin L. King Holiday Commission, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Area Advisory Committee, Host Committee Greater Lansing Food Bank, Host Committee Children’s Trust Fund. Tony also serves as an Ordained Deacon at Union Missionary Baptist Church in Lansing. 

Ryan Robinson


Ryan graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Arts and a Master's of Science in accounting.  After graduation, Ryan, and his wife Danielle, decided to make Lansing their home.  He began his professional career at Plante Moran, PLLC working as an auditor, specializing in real estate and affordable housing.  In the spring of 2011, Ryan joined Great Lakes Capital Fund in the Asset Management Department and now serves as Vice President of Fund Management.  Great Lakes Capital Fund is a full service community development finance institution that has been in operation for 22 years and manages over $3 billion of investments, including 635 affordable housing developments with 39,000 apartments serving 97 thousand low-to moderate-income residents.  In his role, Ryan is responsible for managing over 60 multi-investor funds, proprietary funds and guaranteed funds.  He also oversees the reporting functions of the Asset Management Team, the operations of Compliance Department and serves on the board of directors for Delaware Community Investment Corporation.  Ryan stays active in the community through his involvement with the Lansing  Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Mother Teresa House.
