Grand Vista Place & Riverview 220 Apartments — Waiting List Update
The lottery selection process for Grand Vista Place and Riverview 220 Apartments has been completed.
Due to an ongoing technical issue, applicant statuses are not currently visible through the WaitlistCheck website.
Applicants must log into their WaitlistCheck account and email our office to determine whether they were selected in the lottery.
We are currently processing applicants through position 110 for both Grand Vista Place and Riverview 220.

If your status states “Waitlist Accepted” this means you were chosen for one of the 500 slots and you will receive further communication at a later date to process your application. If your status states “Not Selected” this means you were not selected and you must reapply when the list reopens.
